They also offer the ability to upload your own 3GP, RM, WMV, MPG, MPEG, MP4 and AVI files to your own digital locker where they can be sent to your phone or shared with other phones. The service is pretty limited unless you are willing to pay $24.95 per year but if you do, they will give you 100M of storage for your mobile files.

VideoMoby has a huge collection of small downloadable video clips for your phone and they are all free. Unfortunately, they are not well organized so you have to just browse them all to find what you're looking for.
